Regarding the above link and the "exceedingly great army" and its reconciliation with Zechariah 13:8-9, I would suggest that the 2/3 are cut off during the Psalm 83 war, which is what Zechariah is referring to.

The Ezekiel 37 resurrection occurs afterward, during the Gog/Magog invasion.  I think it's part of Ezekiel 38:19 and even speculate that the "great earthquake" in this verse is the same event as the quaking (poorly translated "rattling") in Ezekiel 37:7 and the great earthquake in Revelation 6:12.

I expect we will see the Psalm 83 war this spring or early summer, and the Gog invasion in the fall.  We will certainly see soon enough.  I believe the rapture/resurrection will occur during the Gog invasion, but martyrdom or casualty by war for many of us may move us to the head of the line ("the dead in Christ rise first").

For many of us it may be academic.  The next eight months are expected to be turbulent, and none of us has a promise that we won't die before the rapture.  So be ready to meet Jesus - it may be at a time none of us expects.
