"WE MUST COOPERATE WITH THE HOLY SPIRIT IN ORDER TO BE TRANSLATED"

The Lord said, “I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live. And whoever lives and believes in Me shall never die. Do you believe this?” [John 11:25:26]

The Lord is referring to the Rapture which, I believe, is just Days away from taking place!

In this verse the Lord is referring to what will happen to two groups of people on the Day of the Messiah! All those who have died, before that Day, believing in Him, will be resurrected. And all those who will be physically alive, on that Day, and are believing in Him, will never die!

We believe in the Lord Jesus Christ when we acknowledge and confess Him as our Lord and God!

"And Thomas answered and said to Him, “My Lord and my God!” Jesus said to him, “Thomas, because you have seen Me, you have believed. Blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed.” [John 20:28,29]

The blessing the Lord is speaking of is the indwelling presence of the Holy Spirit!

For we read,"...no one can say that Jesus is Lord except by the Holy Spirit." [1 Cor. 12:3]

The main job of the Holy Spirit is to get us ready for the Rapture, the Day of our redemption!

"...do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you were sealed for the Day of redemption." [Eph.4:30]

It's important we understand exactly how the Holy Spirit gets us ready, so we can co-operate with Him much more easily!

The first thing the Holy Spirit does when He starts dwelling in us is give us a deep hunger and thirst for the Word of God! For it's only through the Word that we learn how to love God and the neighbor.

The entire Word, from Genesis to Revelation, exists for this purpose!

“‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like it: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets.” [Matt.22:37-40]

These two commandments operate in our lives as one within the other! The first commandment exists within the second one. When we love the neighbor, we're loving the Lord at the same time! For we cannot say we love the Lord unless we are loving the neighbor!

The Lord Jesus Christ, now in His glorified body, is the love of God in human form, and the Holy Spirit proceeds or radiates from Him! This is why we couldn't receive the indwelling presence of the Holy Spirit before the Lord was fully glorified on First-fruits!

For the Apostle John wrote,

"But this He spoke concerning the Spirit, whom those believing in Him would receive; for the Holy Spirit was not yet given, because Jesus was not yet glorified." [John 7:39]

Thank God! Now He has been glorified!

Notice what the Lord said to the Apostles, after receiving His glorified body on First-fruits, on Sunday the 5th of April 33 AD, the Day of His resurrection!

“Peace to you! As the Father has sent Me, I also send you.” And when He had said this, He breathed on them, and said to them, “Receive the Holy Spirit." [John 20:21,22]

From that Day until today all those who receive the Holy Spirit CAN love the Lord and the neighbor, and as a result, be filled with First-fruits, in readiness for the Rapture!

"...we also who have the First-fruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, eagerly waiting for the adoption, the redemption of our body." [Rom.8:23]

Whether we say the First-fruits of the Spirit, or First-fruits of Jesus Christ, it means the same thing, for the Holy Spirit is the Spirit of the Lord Jesus Christ!

What's important to remember is that without these fruits we will not experience the Rapture!

Our good deeds are called First-fruits or most essential fruits. And just like natural fruits, they contain seeds! In this case, seeds of eternal life!!!

It's to these seeds of eternal life, in us, the Lord is going to speak with power on the Day of redemption, and change our bodies from mortality to immortality!

"...we are citizens of heaven, and it is from there that we expect a Deliverer, the Lord Yeshua the Messiah. He will change the bodies we have in this humble state and make them like his glorious body, using the power which enables him to bring everything under his control." [Phil.3:20,21]

"And this is my prayer: that your love may more and more overflow in fullness of knowledge and depth of discernment, so that you will be able to determine what is best and thus be pure and without blame for the Day of the Messiah, filled with the fruit of righteousness that comes through Yeshua the Messiah..." [Phili.1:9-11]

May the Lord find all of us filled with the fruits of righteousness when He come for us on First-fruits!
