Neil Lipken (29 Mar 2015) "Altar for the coming Third Temple is completed!"
The
construction of the Third Temple will begin after the Rapture and the
Daniel 9:27 covenant (which begins the 7 year Tribulation Period), and
will be completed before the middle of the 7 years. Sacrifices will be
instituted in the temple.
