         Let me be the first to report that Israeli and Palestinian negotiators have
reached a peace deal, which cedes certain Jerusalem neighborhoods to the
Palestinians for their capital. Immediately the Palestinians accepted the offer
after those areas were offered to them by the Israeli's. The story appears below
