Your points on certain links to the Vatican are very interesting. Since I believe that the Roman Catholic Church will bond satanically with Islam as a merged “One World Religion”, with the RCC at the helm and the Pope the leader, this seems logical to me. Thanks!

Excellent summary of the three distinct end-time Babylon’s. Makes sense to me (I have seen elaborate articles that explain this distinction in Scriptural detail that made sense, so this was an “easy sell” for me).

And I also agree with you that dividing God’s land of Israel is a dangerous game indeed. The U.S.A. is walking on thin ice.

I completely agree that ancient Babylon had many waters and have seen the proof. However, many agree that Jeremiah 50 and 51 is a dual prophecy for both ancient Babylon and modern U.S.A. I am one of those people as it matches the pattern of how God deals with similar nations, of which the similarities of the U.S.A. to ancient Babylon are simply stunning and statistically conclusive.

SIDE NOTE: For those who don’t believe Jeremiah 50 and 51 is a dual prophecy, this is yet another non-vital area of debate in the Bible and I have no problem with differences of opinion in this area. As with all of us, we try to work with the information we have to the best we can. God conceals and allows us to reveal a certain amount of speculation, wherein we are all fallible to misinterpreting the hidden meanings (I certainly am). To state the obvious, these posts are and remain simply “just my opinion” on how the U.S.A. is outlined in Scripture.

Well-articulated, Susanna! I am praying you are right about the Rapture being before the judgment of the U.S.A. It certainly would fit in perfectly with the Lord’s mercy and love for His Bride. Perhaps it will occur just as the judgment of the U.S.A. commences, the “Sudden Destruction” with the Rapture. As I have heard a few Bible scholars say in the past, “When the Missiles are coming down (sneak attack on the U.S.A.?), we will be going up (the Rapture!!)”.

So then, if this is the timing, are we to look for the Peace Treaty to be finalized and signed as our final sign before a soon Rapture. In other words, if dividing Israel means the U.S.A. is suddenly divided without warning, will this be our final sign before the Rapture? Will us actually seeing the World start to come against Israel in enforcing this Peace Treaty be the final birth pains before the Rapture / Sudden Destruction? Since this is my personal take, I must yet again stress that this is merely speculation on my part.

Please help me understand Event number 3. “Event 3: *As punishment, U.S.A. is utterly destroyed by Russia* and her coalition in a sneak attack, success guaranteed as God will have raised them up for just such a purpose.” I don’t understand your punishment comment. Why would Russia destroy the U.S.A. for a peace deal that most of the world’s leaders were participants of?

Excellent question. The wording I used was not as clear as it should have been.

Russia doesn't destroy the U.S.A. in retaliation of the Peace Deal, but instead destroys them because they have been told to by the true leaders of this world, the elite working in secret, the same elite who want to institute One World Government and need the U.S.A. eliminated as a world player before it can do so. However, the permission to proceed was downloaded to the elite by God without them even knowing it - He is the One running the show (as He always is). In other words, it is God Himself who sends the punishment on the U.S.A., using Russia as His tool for such punishment.

As a side note, punishment on the U.S.A. has been held back until now, but the U.S.A. participating in the division of Israel via the Peace Deal is the very last straw. God's Pattern: What is done to Israel shall be done on the offending country - those who bless her shall be blessed and those who curse her shall be cursed. The Lord's Will is for Israel NOT to be divided. Therefore, the U.S.A. dividing Israel means they will be divided themselves, a curse for a curse.

Oh yes, I should note that the summary of key events post in today's (March 4, 2014) Five Doves contained wording that made this more clear. I must have noticed the same thing you did. Thanks for your question.

Follow Up Question

I have one more question. When I read the entire chapter of Jeremiah 51 and Revelation 18, God uses the words great city. The United States is a nation made up of many cities. In my opinion, the city that best fits the description given in Jeremiah 51 and Revelation 18 is Vatican City but I could be mistaken.

Response:

Yes, this is a great point and it just may be. However, the center of global commerce has been for decades, and remains to this day, to be New York. I believe that New York, the “great city”, will fall in an hour and is the one being discussed in these Scriptures. I also believe that the rest of the nation of U.S.A. will essentially fall in a day, with her major cities, including Washington DC, annihilated by missiles in the very first hour.

If I was attacking the U.S.A., that’s how I would do it. When the U.S.A. attacked Iraq, they concentrated on major targets in the first hour. Secondary targets were then destroyed over the course of many days, with the biggest blitz on the initial day. Classic military strategy perfected by the Nazis in the Blitzkrieg.

I am so grateful to John Tng for providing this venue despite his incredibly busy schedule. Thanks to all of you for providing your insights, which has served to grow my perspectives on so many things.
