Daniel 9:27- And he shall confirm the covenant with many for
one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and
the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he
shall
make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined
shall be poured upon the desolate.

Ukraine’s fast meltdown caught Russia off guard, Lilia Shevtsova of the Carnegie Moscow Center said Sunday.
“Ukraine is the most important issue on the Russian foreign policy agenda,” she said.
Ukraine hosts a network of Soviet-era pipelines that carry about half of Russia’s shipments to the European Union, making
Kiev’s energy relations with Russia a vital concern in western Europe.
In the past,
Vladimir Putin
has used natural gas to pressure the Ukraine, cutting off supplies
twice since 2006. And currently trust is no where to be found between
Putin, the EU, and the
Ukraine.
Russia
will battle opposition forces in Ukraine & Belarus for dominance,
but Moscow doesn't have to send any troops/warships against the EU.
Putin has
the energy card that he has always played for Europe's compliance- when
push comes to shove, and it will, he will threaten the EU with turning
off their energy supply. Paving the way, for energy demands by Koran

Moscow's Energy Dominance Constrains European Union
Tensions between Russia's President Vladimir Putin and European
Union leaders, are at their highest levels in
years.
Moscow
won a battle for influence in Ukraine after nudging Kiev to walk away
from a broad economic and political pact that the EU had spent years
negotiating.
Energy and trade disputes have been ongoing between the EU and Russia for some time.
The EU is Russia's leading trade partner, accounting for 45% of total trade and 75% of Russian energy imports.

The
conflict in Ukraine is a war for the redistribution of the natural gas
market that brings billions in profits. This is not a Russian-Ukrainian
conflict, but a Russian-European conflict.
Russia's Gazprom shares are very volatile because of events in the Uraine.
There is a feeling that someone is trying very hard to change the very structure of the market, displacing
Gazprom.
Remember
when Obama parked U.S. warships off the Mediterranean Coast of Syria
recently purportedly for a strike? Who gave Obama his greatest Moment
of Pause?
The
Russian Military. Obama squeaked- this is "somebody else's civil war,"
and tucked his tail quickly backing down, straining U.S. relations with
Saudi Arabia and Middle East allies further.
Now Russia's Putin is gearing-up for confrontation with his own allies within the
Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO), and won't have the manpower/money for multiple fronts, securing Al-Assad this time, the ruble is nose-diving.
A civil war in Ukraine will easily rattle financial markets around the World again, just as 'emerging markets' have done recently- Ukraine is looking at total
bankruptcy.
And what about Revelation ch.8? Remember when the Chernobyl disaster in the Ukraine (April 1986) struck and so many connected it to the Wormwood catastrophe mentioned in Revelation chapter 8?
Revelation 8:10,11
10 And
the third angel sounded, and there fell a great star from heaven,
burning as it were a lamp, and it fell upon the third part of the
rivers, and upon the fountains of waters;
11 And the name of the star is called Wormwood: and the third part of the waters
became wormwood; and many men died of the waters, because they were made bitter.
This time, the connection is even more suspect-
They are hunting for Ukraine's ousted leader, 63 yr.old Yanukovich, guess where I think prophecy points us to?
Feb.22, 2014
Yanukovich might find he gets a warmer welcome in neighboring Belarus, where veteran strongman Aleksander Lukashenko took in Kyrgyz leader Kurmanbek Bakiyev after his ouster in 2010.
Feb.24, 2014
Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko on Sunday ruled out the possibility of a popular uprising in his country similar to the recent events in Ukraine. The authoritarian leader, who has been in office since 1994, violently dispersed a massive rally protesting against alleged vote fraud in his country's 2010 presidential elections. But remember Al-Assad thought he was secure, now Syria is entrenched in tragedy.
Ukraine's and Belarus' civil wars/anti-Putin events are definitely more critical to Moscow and Europe than the U.S.
Remember
the U.S. pivot to Asia, U.S. forces get tied up w/North Korea. But
'skull & Bones' Kerry will ratchet up demands on Israel bringing
more disasters to the U.S.
Here is a little history on Chernobyl-
Pripyat Ukraine is the nearest town to Chernobyl.
Pripyat River at Mazyr, Belarus
Pripyat has a catchment area (The area
drained by a river or body of water) of 121,000 km
(47,000 sq mi), 50,900 km (19,700 sq mi) of
which are in Belarus. 495 km (308 mi) of the whole river length lies within territory of Belarus.
This river has a confluence with 5 other rivers.
Greenpeace Magazine :: 25 years after the nuclear disaster, 73-year-old Michael Umanez, the former director of the nuclear power station of Chernobyl
has warned of a new major nuclear accident at the Ukraine's ailing
system. Reactor 4 is in an extremely precarious condition, Mikhail
Umanez said on Friday in Kiev. The sarcophagus is considered in danger
of collapse. The 73-year-old warned at a Greenpeace conference on the
anniversary of the disaster, that 190 tons of
radioactive material are deposited under the temporary protective
cover.
The new giant arch-shaped confinement dome under construction right now, isn't set to cover reactor 4 until 2016.
And here is a warning to governments as well as
individuals-
Galations 6:7 Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.
You

has a judgment for Russia (all in line with his word) in the not too
distant future-
