"Neil Lipken prayer request"

Neil,
I have prayed for your Mother, and you, that the Lord May give you the Words to say to her.

 If her heart is for Yehovah, tell her to pray the following Prayer, I will Join in that prayer with her.
10 Teach me to do your will,
    for you are my God!
Let your good Spirit lead me
    on level ground! (Psalm 143:10)

 I have found the most convincing way to explain the Gospel and Jesus the Messiah to our Hebrew Brothers and Sisters is to compare Jesus to King David. David was anointed King as a Child. Through this anointing he was King yet the people rejected him, and he was not enthroned. That part of his life he was pursued and suffered, as the psalms he wrote testify. Later in his life he was enthroned as King of the Jews. This Mirrors Jesus' first advent as the suffering servant, and the second advent to come he will be enthroned King of his people Israel. Even the "time of the gentiles" is mirrored therein. Once  this is understood, ask her to explain the following verse:

 The Lord has taken away the judgments against you;
    he has cleared away your enemies.
The King of Israel, the Lord, is in your midst;
    you shall never again fear evil. (Zephaniah 3:15) (Have her read the context of this verse, verses 14-20)

How is it, that the King of Israel, is equated with Yehovah and is "in your midst"? It is through Jesus, the Root of Jesse, who Is the Lord made flesh, That the Messiah and King of Israel Is to be called Yehovah.  He came as a man that he may suffer and be rejected of men, both Jew and gentile, that they may respond to his sacrifice and Love with Godly repentance. That our obedience to his commands are a response to his Love (righteous obedience) rather than a response of fear of his judgement (self preservation). Thus the Law is written upon the hearts of man. We Obey not because we are told to obey, but rather we desire to obey willfully. (Romans 7-8)

18 Then once more you shall see the distinction between the righteous and the wicked, between one who serves God and one who does not serve him. (Malachi 3:18) Obviously, this ability to see this distinction has been removed from the children of Israel, and will be restored in the latter days. We are living in those days now, with Israel being restored as a nation, and soon, their Messiah, King, and Yehovah will return to rule in the "midst of them".

24 The Lord bless you and keep you;
25 the Lord make his face to shine upon you and be gracious to you;
26 the Lord lift up his countenance upon you and give you peace.
27 “So shall they put my name upon the people of Israel, and I will bless them.” (Numbers 6)
