Since we ask and pray in faith for souls to be saved, according to His will, we can believe that God will grant her (your mother and others) salvation.

You may use the Bible verse to show that Jesus came to fulfill: in God's Word/promises (NKJV) OT:

Bible code (or
Torah Code) ==> Since you and your mother may be familiar with the
Torah (God directly dictated to Moses) and other books in OT in Hebrew,
you could demonstrate using the computer screen to show that the Equidistant Letter Sequence (ELS) for the first alphabet 'y' in the word Yahweh and Yeshua overlaps (i.e the 2 words share the same alphabet). In this manner, these two words are spaced at regular intervals throughout the Torah . (please refer to some good reference books/articles)
It
may be good to identify some 'botlenecks or mind blocks or hurdles'
which your mother may encounter or face (hindering her from accepting
Jesus as her personal Lord and Savior) e.g. the question of trinity in
the minds
of Jews (or m--lims or mormons) or even some Christians. We can use a
chart to represent this concept and try to understand the picture.
However, created things may not be able to represent God the Creator.
In some physical Chemistry books, you can
find this chart on water, Temperature (T) and pressure (P) on x-
and y-axis respectively. The shape of the chart is similar to Y - Y or Y. At a particular pt (P & T), liquid water , vapor and solid ice coexist.
(Other examples ( atom => proton, electron and neutron; light => visible , heat and energy etc).
For it is the God who commanded light to shine out of darkness, who has shone in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.
