Re:  People trying to stay alive during the Tribulation may have to resort to a John the Baptist BUG DIET.  

 

   Thank you for sharing your humorous health insights.  They were helpful.  I'm in agreement with you about doctors and medicine.  The tendons in my knees were severely affected by a new antibiotic for UTIs called Cipro.  The after effects left me crippled.  I use crutches now and have for the last 12 years or so.  The doctor hadn't read the pharmaceutical instructions before prescribing the medicine.

 

    Here's something almost no one knows, unless they read Hebrew and live in Israel.  I was told by someone who attended Bob Jones University that in Hebrew the word translated as "locust" in English, concerning John the Baptist, is actually an Israeli tree bearing a fruit called "locust."

 

    It makes more sense that John the Baptist ate from trees than from occasional insects.  Locusts that fly are seasonal.  What would John have eaten the rest of the year?  Even if he had collected as many locust insects after a seasonal plague to eat later, he didn't have the refrigeration necessary to preserve them and would have starved as a result.  So it being a product from a tree makes more sense.
