Brief Recap and Start of Ceasefire Looking back, Trump was coerced into waging war by Netanyahu who thought regime change would be quick and easy because Iran was already in a weakened state. Iran was more resilient than expected and closed the Strait of Hormuz. Trump became pressured and started to lash out. Since Trump only knows how to rule by threats, intimidation, and name-calling, he ratcheted up the rhetoric on social media with profanity on Easter, followed by threats to ‘destroy Iran’s civilization’ by destroying all bridges and electricity. Trump was either bluffing all along, or his legal advisers and generals told him he couldn’t do it, since his threats amounted to war crimes. As a response, Iran ended all communication. Trump needed a way out without admitting that he was bluffing, so he unilaterally announced a ceasefire by saying that Iran’s 10-point plan was ‘mostly acceptable’. Yet, that was a lie.
To explain what I mean, in the days before the ceasefire, Trump had submitted a 15-point plan that was totally one-sided towards the US and amounted to Iran’s complete surrender. Iran rejected that and responded by submiting a 10-point plan that was the total opposite and essentially amounted to a US surrender. Iran never thought the US would accept it. Yet, fast forward a few days and Trump was so desperate to find a way out of his social media threats that he accepted Iran’s 10-point plan. Yet, as I expected, the ‘talks’ went nowhere because Trump’s ceasefire was based on a lie, since Trump was never going to agree to Iran’s 10-point plan, as he initially said, and Iran was not going to surrender. Peace Talks in Prophecy ... and more war to come. Although the ceasefire came about in a most unusual way, I’m really not surprised that one was announced because Paul prophesied, “While people are saying ‘peace and safety’, destruction will come on them suddenly, as labor pains on a pregnant woman, and they will not escape.” (1 Thessalonians 5:3) Source:Daniel 11 Truth
