The Arabian gulf world is rapidly using up their underground water
reserves in an insanely reckless manner. Their populations are
exceptionally expanding, with no local way to feed them, and their
water is rapidly running out. Central Iran is already in a critical
situation. All the income has either been stolen by the elite or spent
on region wide terror, leaving the infrastructure to rot amid a
population boom. Their wells are running dry right now.
   Can we say God's judgement, with the four horsemen already being
saddled and about to ride forth?

   On a side note, Capetown South Africa is out of water, the whole
country, the whole African continent is on the verge of total
collapse, starvation and no water. Again, shades of The Four Horsemen.
