Hi All,
Following on from Greg Wilson's post on Daniel 9:27, I pondered on the condition of Jerusalem during the great tribulation. We know, from Revelation, that an humongous earthquake occurs in Jerusalem. The sealing of the 144,000. The Mount of Olives splits open etc. Jerusalem is going to be a mess. Earthquake damage and debris everywhere. In Matthew 24:15 - 28, we are told that when they see the abomination of desolation standing in the Holy place, let those in Judea flee. Why Judea? If the 'Holy place' is popularly believed to be in Jerusalem? Plus the 'Holy place' spoken of has the addition of 'let the reader understand'.
SO many questions!
