Hello John and Doves,Data centers have popped up all across the U.S. -The biggest investments in these data centers are from Amazon, Microsoft, Google and Meta. Why are they building/investing billions in these data centers? It's not what you think. The majority of the energy they consume, not to mention the millions of gallons of water used, and huge amounts of land to build their centers, is for model training - to 'build' a virtual-reality combined world for us to live in. A 'make believe' world for entertainment. They want to build a "persistent universe" for games and entertainment...."humans will soon be living life in an immersive, persistent, three-dimensional virtual reality. This is Microsoft, Meta, Google, Apple - they are building 3D media, a 3D fake world expecting us to move right in. We will become "digital humans in metaverse experiences." That's where all the billions $$, electricity, water, land is going - for the creation of their fake world. Some see this metaverse as "magnification of current social media ills, including disinformation campaigns, addictive behavior and tendencies toward violence." Others see companies using this to "engage their customers"."One of the most serious ethical issues related to the use of VR (virtual reality) ...the exposure to individual mental models. These could tap into the subconscious thought processes of a person...this would enable software to "make highly accurate predictions about human decision-making, raising concerns about potential misuse by companies." This could be used for "public training data."Where Are These Data Centers?:Here is an interactive US Data Center map - you can type in your zip code and see the data centers near you. There are 1077 facilities spread across the U.S.; 721 operational and 275 under construction with 81 more planned.
US Data Center Map 2026 — Interactive Map of 800 FacilitiesYou can also see how many data centers there are per corporation. For example, Equinix has 95 facilities in 27 states. 15 in Virginia; 15 in California; 10 in Texas; 9 in Illinois; etc. These were built starting around 2000. And several are under construction."Data centers cluster around cheap power, fiber routes, friendly tax policy and water access.""A single AI campus can draw 500 MW-1.5 GW - more than a mid-size city."Problems with these: tens of millions of gallons of water used per facility; noise from the generators and chillers; property-value impacts; electrical demands. These data centers are massive and they have popped up all over with dozens more planned. And many have been built in areas where there are already water restrictions for residents like in Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico. And electricity and water prices have gone up because of the huge amount of electricity and water required to run these. And there seems to be no oversight. Billionaires are behind the building of many of these like Bill Gates and Jeff Bezos. Others are built by companies like Equinix.Amazon, Google, Microsoft "often construct and operate their own data centers due to the high demand for reliable and secure data services. These industry giants use cutting-edge technology to ensure their facilities are top of the line.""Servers are the backbone of any data center." Networking equipment, integration with cloud services, and firewalls are all necessary for the network to function properly."Cooling systems like liquid cooling air or air conditioning ensure equipment stays within safe temperature limits.....Consistent power supply is critical for data centers to operate without disruptions." They need "uninterruptible power supplies..." They have back up generators just in case."As demands continue to surge, data centers are planning a $1.8 trillion expansion by 2030 to accommodate growth.""Medium-sized data centers (10 - 20 MW) can consume up to 110 million gallons of water per year for cooling alone....Average hyperscale data centers (100 MW) in the U.S. may consumer around 528,000 gallons per day.""..30 minutes of AI usage requires slightly more than 0.16 gallons of waters" approximately one water bottle or water. These centers use up water directly with cooling and indirectly with use of electricity from power plants. These data centers can take up 100,000 square feet to several million square feet. And a large center can consume the equivalent of a medium-sized power plant's entire output."Industry analysts project AI could drive data center electricity consumption to double by 2030.Why Do You Think These Data Centers Have Been Built?:Do you think it's for Facebook data, or making a cell phone call or asking AI a question about gardening? Or helping a business store their data in the cloud?Take a look at this:These data centers are built for "the intense computing demands of artificial intelligence". Massive amounts of date is analyzed and processed. "Such technology is essential for training deep learning models that drive applications in language processing, computer vision and automation." "Generative AI is the main drivers of this infrastructure boom.""At their core, AI data centers operate through a process of data ingestion, training and interference. Massive amounts of data are collected and processed during training to fine-tune billions of parameters. Once the model is trained, it runs interference, using those parameters to make predictions or generate responses in real-time applications. Both stages consume enormous energy. A large scale training session can take weeks and require thousands of interconnected GPUs."
Why Big Tech Is Pouring Billions Into AI Data Centers and Reinventing Tech Infrastructure
Exactly what does this mean??: "Meta is expanding its research data centers to enhance its AI capabilites in vision, language and the metaverse." Google, Microsoft, Amazon Web Services are using the data centers for AI, and generative AI. To ingest data, and train a model - this model can make predictions and generate response in real-time applications. What is the "Metaverse"?""The metaverse refers to the convergence of physical and virtual space accessed through computers and enables by immersive technologies such as virtual reality, augmented reality and mixed reality....this 3D virtual world is envisioned as a persistent, collective, shared space where digital facsimiles of ourselves, our avators, move freely from one experience to another, taking our identities and monetary assets with us."This is a parallel digital universe. The CEO of Unanimous AI said this about the metaverse: "We will just think about one life. One reality and it will be a combined world of the real and the virtual." People can "live" in a virtual space. These companies want us to live in a virtual reality mixed with an actual reality - it's been referred to as "magic".THEY are using these data centers to work on models to take us to the Metaverse in the future. These data centers aren't as 'innocent' or necessary as they want us to believe. These billionaires and companies have an agenda. The energy used by these data centers is primarily used to develop these models so they can take over our world. But there is no oversight on where these data centers can be built, how much electricity and water they can use. It's carte blanche. And we aren't being told the REAL reason for all of these data centers and what they are really doing there. Our AI searches, cloud storage, data storage are just a cover used by these people/companies to mislead us.These "data centers" are using up our electricity, water and taking our land to use against us.If it involves the usual billionaires: Zuckerberg, Bezos, Gates - I'm against it. They have an evil agenda of control and take over. And this clearly shows they are coming for us.Pray for the peace of Jerusalem!Maranatha!Chance
