Judgment Sign at Feast of Trumpets -

THE Bible teaches that the heavenly bodies were created for “signs” to mark important dates (Gen. 1:14).

With this in mind, it is significant that on the upcoming Feast of Trumpets, September 23, an asteroid named “6000 United Nations” is found between the horns of the constellation Taurus.

Taurus, the Bull, depicts the Lord rushing forth in judgment after the Rapture. In his 1882 book, The Gospel in the Stars, Joseph Seiss explains:

“[The charging Bull depicts] the anger with which [God] is to visit the wicked world after the Church of the firstborn has been safely landed in heaven.”

“[Taurus is a picture of] the glorious Head of His redeemed people [judging] the apostate and unbelieving nations after the saints have been taken away .... For it is the day of the Lord's vengeance, and the year of recompenses.”

The picture of Asteroid 6000 United Nations between the horns of the Bull, denoting judgment, at the Feast of Trumpets is significant because:

• Feast of Trumpets is when Judgment Day is near at hand (Joel 2:1).

• Asteroid 6000 United Nations is named after the organization whose mission is to maintain international “peace and security,” a phrase associated with the onset of Judgment Day (1 Thess. 5:1–3).

• The number assigned to asteroid United Nations, 6000, evokes the Day of the Lord after 6,000 years (Barnabas 15:3–9).

• Asteroid 6000 United Nations was discovered during Cheshvan, the month of Noah’s Flood. Adding to the coincidence, the UN Organization was founded on the flood anniversary, Cheshvan 17. The flood correlation is significant because the Day of the Lord arrives suddenly, as in the “days of Noah” (Matt. 24:37).

• Feast of Trumpets (September 23) marks the opening day of debate at the UN’s General Assembly. Moreover, it is the UN’s 80th assembly, denoting the upper limit of a generation, as in the final “fig tree” generation (Ps. 90:10; Matt. 24:32–36).

• Feast of Trumpets (September 23) marks the 8th anniversary of the “Revelation 12 Sign” on September 23, 2017. The number 8 signifies judgment pertaining to the Flood (1 Pet. 3:20; Matt. 24:37).

• Two weeks after a blood moon eclipse ascends the early evening skies above Israel (Joel 2:31).

Additionally, it is significant that the Judgment Sign occurs:

• At no other time in the 40-year span surrounding 2025.

• During Israel’s calculated 70th Jubilee. This is significant because the Jubilee precedes judgment, and the number 70 denotes the culmination of prophecy and the totality of nations (Isa. 63:1–6; Dan. 9:24; Gen. 10).

Scripture says the heavens “speak” to us:

“The heavens declare the glory of God ... Day after day they pour forth speech; night after night they reveal knowledge” (Ps. 19).

The Judgment Sign is declaring judgment upon the nations, after the righteous have been removed.

Could it begin this fall, when the UN convenes for the 80th time to discuss matters of international peace and security?

It is an awesome possibility to consider.

6. The last time Asteroid 6000 United Nations passed between the horns of Taurus around Feast of Trumpets was 2004. The next time will be 2046.

3. On the festival prior to Feast of Trumpets, Pentecost, it is the Sun, a symbol of Jesus as the Bridegroom, that is between the horns of Taurus (Ps. 84:11; 19:5). This seems fitting as Pentecost is associated with weddings (Ex. 19; Acts 2; Ruth 3, 4).
