Since the rapture seems extremely likely before this can be published, I'm hoping we're gone and I can answer your questions face to face.  I read Mr. Kitchen's book and have communicated with him by email, but have not met him yet.  He confirmed a lot of my independently-reached conclusions. 

If you're familiar with the work of Dr. Tom Wadsworth, you know how I feel about "worship services."  Similarly, if you've read Pagan Christianity by Frank Viola and George Barna, you know how I feel about what the organizational church has become.
