When Daniel was told to seal the book up until the end, I believe the Lord is referring to the book of Daniel and the prophecies in them being sealed up until the end.

When at the end, do you think that book of Daniel will be revealed? In the tribulation? At the second advent? After Jesus returns and establishes his kingdom?

I only ask, because you're one of the few who have attempted to explain this, and no books, messages, or websites, that I remember, mentioned at what time at the end?
