Again - read Revelation 9 carefully.  It corresponds with Joel 2. The army of 200 million is Almighty God's army.  Everything.... EVERYTHING is under Almighty God's control. Sure - this army has a leader named Apollyon etc., but it is by Almighty God's decree that this army is released to punish the left behind unbelievers. Forcing them to their knees. NO nation on earth has the power to summon such a vast army.  We have toyed with the idea that this is some sort of evil, man-made army, but the truth is that it's an army from the LORD God Almighty.  All this happens after the rapture which occurs in Revelation 7:9.  Because we are not appointed to Wrath. The plop hits the fan from Revelation 8 onward because all the believers are taken out of harm's way.
