When Daniel was told to seal the book up until the end, I believe the Lord is referring to the book of Daniel and the prophecies in them being sealed up until the end. Then Apostle John is told not to seal the book of Revelation and the prophecies in them. The book of Revelation helps to explain the prophecies in the book of Daniel and give more depth and understanding to them. So I think it is the Holy Spirit who unseals the book of Daniel so that the born again believers as the bride of Christ can understand it along with the prophecies in the book of Revelation since we are now living in the end times. The book of Revelation is the Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave unto him, to show unto his servants things which must shortly come to pass.
