The moon will be full on
June 11 at 10:43AM in Jerusalem. It's called the
Strawberry Moon. It will be the lowest full moon seen
since 2006 (18.6 years ago) and won't be like this again
until 2043.
The full moon falls on about
the 14th/15th of each Jewish month. This month is
Sivan. June 11 is 15 Sivan.
This full moon will be the
last for Spring 2025. This moon will "look a little
bit reddish or pink...as it "travels through more of the
Earth's atmosphere which can give it a colorful tine."
The moon will be the lowest
in the sky since 2006. "That's because we're
in the midst of a major lunar standstill which
has to do with the moon's orbit around the Earth."
This is part of the moon's 18.6 year cycle. The moon
is "being slowly dragged around - mostly due to the pull of
the sun - every 18.6 years."
This full moon is the
closest to the Summer Solstice on June 20/21 (this marks the
longest day and shortest night in the Northern Hemisphere.)
What is a "major
lunar standstill"? "..the northernmost and
southernmost moonrise and moonset are at their farthest
distance apart. This affects how long the moon appears
to stay in the sky." This natural phenomenon "doesn't
take place over one day but over about two years when the
moon rises and sets at more northerly and southerly spots
along the horizon."
We are in precarious
times. Ukraine/Russia and Israel/Iran and
China/Taiwan(US). All three very dangerous hot spots.
Lately, I've been hearing
more people talk about the Seven Seals of The Revelation
happening quickly, one after the other. The four
horsemen may ride almost simultaneously.
In Revelation 6:12 "When He
opened the sixth seal, I looked and behold, there was a
great earthquake and the sun became black as sackcloth, the
full moon became like blood." Some
translations have 'full' moon, others have 'the entire' or
'the whole' moon.
So is the sixth seal opened
when the moon is full? It seems so. This gives
the timing of the sixth seal.
The first seal is the rider
and white horse. He is given a crown and a bow.
He is to overcome and conquer.
The second seal is the rider
and the red horse. He is permitted to take peace from
the earth and the make men slay one another (war). He
is given a great sword.
The third seal is the rider
and black horse. He carries a pair of scales.
Super inflation. Resulting in famine.
The fourth seal is the rider
(Death) and the pale green horse. Hades follows
them. A fourth of the people on the earth are killed
by sword, famine, plague and beasts. The first three
seals contribute to these deaths (war and famine) then add
the deaths due to the plague and beasts. One-fourth of
the world's population today would be 2 billion people.
The fifth seal is the
martyrs crying for the Lord to avenge their blood.
The sixth seal - the one
with the full moon - a great earthquake, the sun black as
sackcloth, the full moon turns red. The stars of the
sky fall to earth. The sky recedes like a
scroll. This is a crustal shift. This comes late
in the Tribulation period.
The Lord uses His sun, moon
and stars in His timing and judgment.
"When the full moon appears
in the sky, it can remind us that things happen at
the right time. The full moon shows us
that some events are meant to happen when they're
supposed to...these moments are part of a bigger plan.
They happen when the time is right...The full moon on June
11, 2025, is an event many people see as special in
religious and spiritual stories. Some believe
this moon can point to big future events or
ideas."

moon fits with the idea of seasons and important moments in
the religious calendar. This full moon might mean new
beginnings or change...They can look at it as a sign
