In this letter I wrote about
a "scenario" of a biological attack on the U.S. - that takes
place on July 4, 2025. This tabletop exercise was done
in 2024. And was reported in the "Bipartisan
Commission on Biodefense", April/May 2024 titled "The
National Blueprint for Biodefense". The biological
attack in this tabletop exercise killed 280,000 people and
200,000 animals in one day.
I included info on the Nipah
virus and how it was considered 'the next pandemic'.
And I included information
on two Chinese nationals that smuggled a 'potential'
agroterrorism fungus into the U.S. They were arrested
and charged with conspiracy, and smuggling of a dangerous
pathogen.
I think we are well aware of
the possibility of biological weapon attacks on the U.S. and
the possibility of attacks on our animals - cattle, dairy
cows, chickens, pigs, etc - along with attacks on our
agriculture - corn, wheat, rice, etc. We are aware of virus'
mutating in nature to move from animal to human. And
we are aware of deadly viruses that can come into the
country via infected people or via terrorists.
We've been 'threatened' with
pandemics of Bird Flu, Monkey pox (Mpox), Ebola, HIV, Zika,
Swine Flu, Nipah, and numerous others. The majority
never materialized to any reportable extent or never mutated
to pass from human to human. It seems that the ones we
should really be watching for are those created in
laboratories (via CRISPR, other gain-of-function techniques)
and released with nefarious intent - especially by our own
people from our own labs.
Clean water, good hygiene,
pest control, proper food preparation, strong immune systems
have done more to prevent spread and stop pandemics than
vaccines ever have.
Biological Attack on
the U.S. - July 4, 2025:
Here's another "scenario" of
a biological attack on the U.S. This attack takes
place on July 4, 2025. This has reminded some of Event
201 - a tabletop exercise about a deadly novel Covonavirus
that jumped from pigs to people and killed millions - this
exercise took place on October 18, 2019, shortly before
Covid-19 was released. So people are a bit 'gun shy' now. Event
201
In this new "scenario", the
U.S. Capitol (D.C.) and other U.S. cities were attacked
"with biological weapons as we celebrated Independence
Day. The infectious agent they used killed at least
280,000 Americans and infected at least 400,000 throughout
the country in a single day, in addition to the 200,000 dead
and 800,000 sickened animals. These numbers will
increase as the disease spreads...Coordinated attacks in
allied nations in the days that followed killed tens of
thousands more."
Other small attacks took
place prior to July 4 to "gauge our responses" but went
"largely unnoticed."
The pathogen responsible is
Nipah virus - with unknown method of spread to humans and
animals. "Animals and people were sick for more than a
month before we realized what had happened." This was
'missed' because "most American veterinarians and physicians
had never seen Nipah virus before. The virus, which in
nature does not spread easily among people, was genetically
modified to increase its ability to spread from
animal-to-animal, animal-to-person and person-to-person,
while still maintaining a mortality rate of over 40%."
"Ultimately, our adversaries
took advantage of our failure to make biodefense a top
national priority...There were failures of prediction, early
warning and detection." Intelligence, law enforcement,
military, etc failed to discover intent and provide advanced
warning. The Dept of Agriculture, HHS and DoD failed
to detect this agent upon release.

This tabletop exercise looked
at the 'failures' of Covid-19 - and is hopeful not to repeat
those mistakes. But with Covid-19, so much of what
happened was because it wasn't a foreign attack or a Mother
Nature animal-to human jump - it was created in a
laboratory; and those who perpetrated the attack, ran the
whole show - even creating the "vaccine". You can't
look at Covid-19 as a 'failure' of biodefense plans -
because it was purposefully instigated. And all the
special agencies and policies were bypassed and ignored or
told to stand down to allow the plan to unfold.
This paper lists several
things that need to be done immediately to prevent a Nipah
virus disaster
-like "scenario" from
actually occurring or as, they put it, a rerun of
Covid-19. IMO - first you need to realize that
Covid-19 wasn't an accidental release and the people who ran
the 'mitigation' efforts and 'recovery' were the very ones
who released it or knew is was released or were happy to
play along.
To prevent another Covid-19,
they need rules/policies on how to prevent people in this
country from manufacturing pathogens with gain-of-function
in U.S./foreign labs and then releasing them here in the
homeland. And they need to stop them from developing
"vaccines" to 'fix the problem they created'. in other
words, counter the people who 'make the problem and then
provide the solution'.
This is my main concern -
that someone in our country releases some man-made pathogen
or does this with the help of another country - like
China. Like an ethnic bioweapon.
This study reported that
China, Iran, North Korea and Russia are continuing to engage
in biological weapons-specific or dual-use research
activities and fail to comply with the BWC (Biological
Weapons Convention)." IMO, they need to look at our
own people doing this to us - not just foreign agents.
From November 2024 to
February 2025 there have been 4 new cases of Mpox in the
U.S. - yet that was going to be their next biological
pandemic. And the U.S. hasn't seen a human bird flu
case in 3 months. That was going to be their next
biological pandemic. Person-to-person just isn't
happening. Even infections in non-avian animals isn't
living up to their expectations. The low numbers of
bird flu in people is due to "underreporting of cases in
people", they think - well then, if they aren't ill enough
to get it tested - that should be a good thing. People
are 'fighting off' viruses all the time - from our
environment, from our dogs and cats, etc. That's what
our immune systems do.

Their study looks good on
paper - but it means nothing when we aren't watching our own
laboratories for gain-of-function research and their
resurrection of viruses like Spanish Flu.
Back to the date - July 4,
2025. Is this going to be a repeat of Event 201 and
Covid-19 - but some other pathogen?
Nipah virus is a Category C
bioterrorism agent - in with Hantavirus, yellow fever, drug
resistant TB.
As a matter of fact, the
Virology Journal published this article, 10 May
2025: "The rising threat of Nipah
virus: a highly contagious and deadly zoonotic
pathogen." Just in time for July 4?
"The Nipah virus (NiV) is a
highly virulent zoonotic infectious agent that poses a
significant threat to public health." It can
'spillover' from infected animals and move from
human-to-human. Symptoms range from mild respiratory
illness to severe, fatal encephalitis. Fatality rate
is 40 - 75% = causing high morbidity and mortality.
"As of March 30, 2025, there are no licensed vaccines or
treatments for Nipah virus.."
This article is dated Feb
28, 2021: "The Nipah Virus could be used as a weapon
by bio-terrorists because of its "high fatality rate and
ability to cause public fear". "The virus is one of
the world's most lethal pathogens and has a fatality rate of
75 percent. Experts suggest there is a bioterrorism
risk from Nipah virus...because it could be contained, then
transported and released in urban areas...The virus has yet
to mutate to become as contagious as Covid-19." Also,
Nipah virus is easy to produce and disseminate. It can
be spread person-to-person, animal-to-person, direct
contact, airborne transmission and indirect contact with
surfaces.

Nipah has already been
labeled as the 'next pandemic':
Nipah virus has an
incubation period of 5 - 14 days - or as long as 45
days. Thus, an infected person would have quite a bit
of time to unknowingly infect others. Encephalitis is
usually fatal. "One in five people who survive can
develop seizure disorders and experience personality
changes." There are no treatments or vaccines.
The
next pandemic: Nipah virus?
Chinese Nationals
Smuggled in Agroterrorism Fungus:
"Two Chinese nationals have
been charged with allegedly smuggling into the U.S. a fungus
called "Fusarium graminearum, which scientific research
classified as a potential agroterrorism weapon," the Justice
Department said Tuesday. These Chinese nationals did
some research at the University of Michigan and funding came
from the CCP.
This fungus causes "head
blights" a disease of wheat, barley, maize and rice, and is
responsible for billions of dollars in economic losses
worldwide each year."
So how many agroterrorists
have been missed? Was their a backup plan for this
fungus?
We live in precarious
times. There are people with evil plans that would
have no problem causing extreme suffering and death in
others. And it's interesting that the above tabletop
exercise mentions that it was over a month before anyone
knew Nipah had been released...no one tested for Nipah
causing encephalitis.
