If you aren't familiar with the Uvalde Texas school shooting, 19 children and 2 teachers were shot and killed. The shocking and puzzling part to me is that 75 minutes passed while all of the police were waiting outside. One brave mother who had two children in the school defied the police and ran into the school herself. Her testimony comes across as genuine to me. At first she went into her older son's class to make sure he was okay and then ran to a different part of the school to get her other child. She says there wasn't one policeman inside the school doing anything which seems ridiculous if they knew there was an active shooter.
