Seems like the rapture will be a type of the Exodus, but we leave this fallen world instead of Egypt to go to the promised land of milk and honey, heaven!
But those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.
One of my favorite scenes in any movie is the scene in the movie "Remember the Titans" that mentions this verse. Ive felt the Holy Spirit on me multiple times when watching it:
Its a great feel good movie if you haven't seen it.
