And what about when people tell us that we are apparently terrified by things called "xenos"? I guess, "the xenos will get you if you don't watch out". But seriously, I've had the opportunity to live and work in a number of other countries, and to also visit others. In each one, I was the foreigner, and have somewhat of an idea of what people feel like when they 1st come here. Also, many of us have parents or grandparents, who came here, and were foreigners when they arrived. To blanket label us as xenophobic is so far from the truth, that it is pathetic. Also, some of us have a wide mixture of ethnic backgrounds in us. I do, and tell people that I cannot tell ethic jokes without offending someone in my family.
