The soon coming blessed hope seems to be always forefront in your mind!
Praise the LORD for that.
When I first was saved, I was like that.
I used to look out the window each morning, looking up, saying, "Maybe today!"
Today, I still believe the same doctrine about the blessed hope, that I did then.
Somehow, I let the world, and sin, dampen my excitement and enthusiasm for the blessed hope,
It used to provoke me to witness, anytime, anywhere.
I sadly, am not burning like I used to.
Apparently you are, and I am glad for that.
It makes it easier to confess my cold blanket to Jesus, and ask him to forgive me, and to relight the flame.
