PSALM 105:6-10 IS VERY INSTRUCTIVE ABOUT THE CONFIRMING OF THE 'ABRAHAMIC COVENANT'.........

Psalm 105:6-10

"O ye seed of Abraham His servant, you children of Jacob His chosen. He has remembered HIS COVENANT forever, the word which He commanded TO A THOUSAND GENERATIONS. Which COVENANT HE MADE with Abraham , and His oath unto Issac. AND CONFIRMED THE SAME unto Jacob for a law , AND TO ISRAEL FOR AN EVERLASTING COVENANT."

Daniel 9:27

"And HE SHALL CONFIRM 'THE COVENANT' WITH MANY for one week,................"

Which "covenant" is being "confirmed" ?  Who are the "many" that it is being confirmed "with" ?  Who is the "he" that is doing the "confirming" of "the covenant" ?
