THE APOSTLE PAUL TELLS US WHEN THE RAPTURE WILL HAPPEN............

The Apostle Paul first tells us about the event of the rapture when he says,  "For the Lord Himself shall descend from heaven with a shout......."  1 Thessalonians 4:16-17

Then immediately after that he tells us, "But of the times and seasons, brethren ,you have no need that I write unto you."   1 Thessalonians 5:1

He then tells us why there is no need for him to write to us about when the rapture will happen because he says , "For when they shall say peace and safety ; then sudden destruction comes upon them........"   1 thessalonians 5:3 

Next he tells us  that he has JUST TOLD US when "that day" of the rapture will happen so that it should not come as a surprise us when it does happen when  he says , "But ye, brethren, ARE NOT IN DARKNESS, because THAT DAY  should NOT overtake you as a thief."  1 Thessalonians 5:4

SO, THERE YOU HAVE IT:

The Apostle Paul tells us that we "ARE NOT IN DARKNESS" about when  "THAT DAY" of the rapture will happen because he has told us that it will happen IN CONJUNCTION  WITH the "SUDDEN DESTRUCTION "  upon Israel caused by war when they "SAY PEACE AND SAFETY".  Watch for it !
