THE 'SEVEN SEALS' REVEAL THE LORD'S PROPHETIC CHRONOLOGICAL CALENDAR OF THE END-OF-DAYS EVENTS............

When studying the Seven Seals it is very important to notice that the TWO EVENTS described in Chapter Seven are actually THE LAST TWO EVENTS of SEAL SIX which will be completed just prior to the Lord's opening of the Seventh Seal which is the Great Tribulation judgment upon the whole world  . From the opening event of Seal One through the completion of the last event of Seal Seven is one long  continuous flow of prophetic events being fulfilled in chronological order. No one can miss the chronological sequence of the prophetic events being fulfilled in order because they are numbered from one through seven so that there can be no doubt as to the order in which these prophetic events will be fulfilled. The chronological events of each seal will  be completely fulfilled before the events of the following seal can begin . The First Seal begins with the event "behold a white horse" , and the Seventh Seal ends with the events of "the seventh angel sounded" his trumpet announcing the Second Coming of the Lord. 

The seventh angel sounds his trumpet to announce the Second Coming of the Lord : 'The  kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord , and of His Christ, and He shall reign for ever and ever."  ( Revelation 11:15 )  The next event of the Seventh Seal to be completed, following the Second Coming of the Lord, is the Battle of Armageddon, "And the nations were angry, and THY WRATH HAS COME" . ( Revelation 11:18 ).

SO THERE YOU  HAVE IT :

The 'Day of the Lord'  BEGINS when Jesus opens the First Seal, and ENDS with the completion of the Seventh Seal events at the Second Coming of the Lord which will end the Great Tribulation.

 When Jesus opens Seal Two, He BEGINS His "shortened tribulation" upon Israel ONLY as the fulfillment of His last prophecy which He gave the day He was crucified. ( Luke 23:28-31 )

When Jesus opens Seal Three and Seal Four, we see the results of Seal Two.  When Jesus opens Seal Five, He reassures the martyrs in heaven to be patient because the end will come soon .

When Jesus opens Seal Six the prophetic events immediately BEFORE His appearing to rapture His Church BEGIN to happen. Then right in the middle of the prophetic events of Seal Six Revelation 6:16-17 states, "  for the great day of His wrath is come ....", meaning the wrath of the Lamb, who is Jesus, IS COME UPON ISRAEL ONLY as the "shortened tribulation" judgment upon Israel ONLY just BEFORE the rapture of His Church.  AFTER the sealing of the 144.000 THEN the last prophetic event of the Sixth Seal to be completed is THE RAPTURE of His Church.   The depiction of the raptured Church,  which is the Great Multitude before the throne in heaven,  BEGINS with Revelation 7-9 and ENDS with Revelation 7:17.   That is the raptured Church in heaven .

AFTER the Great Multitude of His raptured Church is safely in heaven the last prophetic event of Seal Six is completed.  

Jesus then opens the Seventh Seal which BEGINS the Great Tribulation judgment upon the whole world. ( Revelation 8:1 ) , and ENDS with the completion of the prophetic events of the Seventh Seal which is the Second Coming of the Lord Jesus. ( Revelation 11:19 ).

We will know , for sure,  when IT ALL BEGINS when Jesus opens the Second Seal which will begin a shortened but terrible War against Israel.
