A very depressing and interesting video clip re the economic repercussions of this pandemic and the 2nd wave "they" are hinting at.
It's interesting to watch and could be utterly soul destroying if you take it to heart. BUT....God !!!! Hallelujah. We are wonderfully made. Not only that - we have been gifted an incredible resilience against evil. My take..... we would all tackle this dreary outlook with the God-Given resilience that HE gifted to us. We would make a plan. No question. In fact - it's a good thing that this is all happening. Because it's exposing everything. The rot - the corruption - the evil. Almighty God wants us to straighten our backs and deal with this idiocy. The world could not continue in it's war-mongering for money, evil ways. The rich getting richer while famine kills millions. NO. It HAS to change. And if it makes us uncomfortable to have the status quo change....to have the boat rocked...shame on us. We should welcome it. Because it signals that our LORD is coming.
We were all pretty comfortable with a system that maintained our own standard of living. Forgetting that millions of other people were under the most brutal of systems. In Africa - China - Russia etc. We forget that the world does not just revolve around us. Now, that it DOES affect us - we are freaking out. We are being given a taste of what exists outside of our own comfortable little bubbles.
I am NOT an SJW. Neither have I really dwelt on these issues before now. I have thought about them and tutt tutted my disapproval. NOW - these issues have come to us. Do the words Mountain and Mohammed, spring to mind?
We need to understand that being a Christian means we have to think about things outside our own comfort zones. And pray hard for them. Not just for our own loss of middle class existence and the luxury of being able to worship Christ freely. We urgently need to understand the brutal situation the world is in now. Evil has come to slap us in the face.
We need to stop relying on any man. Be it Republican, Democrat, Conservative, Likud, Blue and White etc. None of them are up to the task. NOT ONE. Almighty God will not be compromised and these men are ALL compromising. Attempting to divide God's Land. What IS that?
And we all need to stop making excuses for them.
Praying for the peace of Jerusalem. God's Will be done. In Jesus' beloved, Precious Name.
