BTW,
mind sending up a prayer for my friend, Mary J, whose having
MAJOR (gut) surgery this coming Weds.? I just don’t feel
good about it AT ALL….. I’ve tried so hard to ask her to
postpone it, or at the VERY LEAST get a 2nd
opinion!!!
In
fact, honestly, I feel she’s not going to make it as she is
frail & has so many other issues. I will miss her
very, VERY much if that happens… seems the Lord has been
taking different people out of my life lately.
“sigh!!” I know that sounds selfish – and yep, guess it
is. But if it’s His will, I’d sure like her to wait just
a bit longer to go up in the rapture!!!! 😊
Thanks for praying for Mary! Esp. for complete &
quick healing, as the Lord wills.
Also
a quick prayer for another friend: “B.J.” whose been
having heart palpitations (semi-mild so far) due to anxiety –
which she thinks has an awful lot to do with current
events! Not to mention when she gets
overwhelmed/stressed out at various life situations. She
has a wonderful & large extended family, but not a spouse
to share life with – you know, to BBQ together, talk over the
events of the day, etc. I mention this, cuz I wonder if
when someone has to keep things to themselves and has no one
to share with – if perhaps they might end up having to deal
with more stress…. ?.....
At
any rate, THANK YOU special people very, very much!!!!
I
have so few friends any more that I’d really like to hang onto
the few I do have!
Two
of my besties – though they live locally (and one, a mere 3
miles from me!!) yet all they ever want to do is text
ALL THE STINKIN’ TIME!!!! Though convenient, it
sure gets old!! Sometimes you just need someone to TALK
with!!!! And that’s the gift these other ladies bless me
with.
