Here is the solution I applied for the change of my human nature to the nature of Christ.

Remember Jesus said you shall know the truth and the truth will set you free.

1.  I recognized I had a problem (PROBLEMS) in that I was not Christlike in nature.
2.  I recognized that the problems were all spiritual and I needed to understand the root of the   problem to resolve it (always with repentance, forgiveness and gratitude.  Forgiveness because   some other human being was probably involved in forming the mindsets that beset me, generally   parents.)
3.  I recognized that my human abilities were not what was needed to fix me.
4.  I offered God a deal that went like this..."If You will make me like Jesus I will do whatever you   want of me."  I prayed, in complete desperation, that prayer many times. 

That was the last life's direction decision I ever made, all the rest was on Him.  It worked.  I learned that God will not do anything for us unless we ask His help.  We have to give Him permission to work in our lives and we have to be ready to accept the tough things that He might require.  It is in the obedience that we are changed and this all makes our relationship with Him a lot more personal.
