A payment vehicle that avoids U.S. dominance in global commerce. Participants seek alliances with other nations of like aspirations.

It was created by France, UK, and Germany....known as the e3.

Germany is showing a closer relationship with Iran, wanting to have oil independently of outside interference (from the U.S.)

Germany wants peaceful relations with Russia since Russia is at her back door,

and is aggressively pursuing entrance through the Ukraine and Poland, having already taken Crimea.

Germany is "Gomer" listed in the Table of Nations found in Genesis 10:1--3.

As you read, Gomer-Germany is first born of the Gentile nations (Japeth),

Magog-Russia is second born. They are intrinsically descended in blood-heritage.Close, very close.

Bottom line:

The EU is pulling away from Nationalism and is seeking Globalism.

The EU prefers to deal with authoritarian regimes, rather than with the freedom-loving Constitutional Republic of the U.S. 

Instex wants to act outside the box, and not with the SWIFT global financial system.
