"see "all" these things, or only see this "one" thing?"

Why does the following always get explained as only, "the generation that sees Israel become nation"?
Rather than, "the generation that shall see all these things"?

Matthew 24:33 So likewise ye, when ye shall see all these things, know that it is near, even at the doors.
34 Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled.

It doesn't speak about only seeing "one" thing, i.e. only speaking about Israel becoming a nation.
But doesn't it speak of seeing all these things, which would "include" Israel becoming a nation, again?
