I have been contemplating the events of this past weekend in Orlando, and there are some things I feel are worthy of our scrutiny as Watchers.
I live about a hundred miles west of Orlando, and I am quite familiar with the area. For a number of years I commuted through the Orlando area on a daily basis as I traveled back and forth from the east coast of Florida. I know the area quite well. I also lived in Vero Beach, and attended a church in Ft Pierce for four years, just a short distance from the residence of the shooter.
The Pulse night club where the attack took place, sits between two streets, Kaley and Esther .
The name Esther for most Christians, signifies the Bride ! More than that, Esther is a picture of the waiting Bride, ready and much prepared. Months of meticulous preparation, perhaps like some of the church today. Ready for the Rapture !
Kaley, on the other hand, is quite the opposite. An old gaelic definition of the name, describes a girl of ill repute, rebellious, proud even promiscuous. " She is such a Kaley ".
So we have the two names, Esther and Kaley, two streets, parallel, and the Pulse night club sitting between. While the two watch...........sudden destruction!!! One to be Raptured, the other left behind !
Another thing that struck me, was the timeing of the attack, 2am PENTECOST!!!!
PENTECOST carries with it a number , 50.
More specifically, 49 plus 1.
Seven weeks, plus one Day.
As I have watched the coverage, over and over I have heard the reporters say ," 49 dead plus the shooter , for a total of 50".
Another 50, is the main East , West highway that runs through the center of Orlando, just a few blocks north of the Pulse night club. State Road 50, originates on the west coast of Florida and goes all the way to the East coast, from the Gulf of Mexico to the Atlantic Ocean.
Then there is another number, 53. The number of victims who were transported to the hospital in various states of injury, is 53.
50 dead, 50 days for Pentecost, 53 victims in hospital. 50 plus 50 plus 53, = 153, a mysterious harvest number found in the story of the night the Disciples toiled to catch fish.
Does any of this mean anything? To the Watchers, I pray that we would all be like Esther
