As William Shakespeare might have said, “perhaps tis this that may be the crux of the matter”.

In the tenth chapter of the book of Daniel there is a very important event recorded. Leading up to that event the Scripture says that Daniel, now an eighty seven year old man, very high in the kingdom of Babylonia, and prophet par excellent to Jehovah God, never left His service to His heavenly King. He walked the walk and talked the talk that he knew Jehovah wanted of him, even when he had reached the very powerful place of ruling in Babylon. That is, Daniel was a Jew!

Taken captive at age 17 as a birthday present, he was now looking at his 87th birthday, and he wanted a present. He wanted Jehovah to free him and his people the Jews, from Babylonian captivity. He could read the promise given Jeremiah (chapter 29, verse 10) that the captivity was to be for 70 years. So, 87 – 17 = 70. “Let's go home”!! By the way, that is what we are all saying too, isn't it? “LET'S GO HOME”!!

His birthday came and went. Whoa....there was no release order. So, Daniel gathered some friends and they fasted and prayed. For days they continued to fast (they ate no pleasant bread), and pray. And their prayer was “why no release”? “Is Jeremiah's prophecy not true”? “Is Scripture not true”?

By faith, Daniel knew better. He and his group persisted for 21 long days and nights.

“And, in the four and twentieth day of the first month”, (that is Nisan 24, which this year is the third day of Passover). “I was by the side of the great river, which is Hiddekel; 5. Then I lifted up mine eyes, and looked, and behold a certain Man clothed in linen, whose loins were girded with fine gold of Ophaz: 6. His body also was like the beryl, and His face as the appearance of lightning, and His eyes as lamps of fire, and His arms and His feet like in colour to polished brass, and the voice of His words like the voice of a multitude”. (A perfect description of Jesus Christ also given in the Revelation).

Daniel alone saw and heard this Man. And this is what happened to Daniel as a result.

Daniel fell to the ground, and there remained no strength in him at all, for his body was turned into corruption. This means he was dead and not only so, but corruptibly dead in his body. But he could still hear (hearing is the last sense to die at death). Then he slept the sleep of death with his face on the ground.

“And, behold, an hand touched me, which set me upon my knees and upon the palms of my hands”. (a picture of the resurrection of the body).

“And He said unto me, O Daniel, a man greatly beloved, understand the words that I speak unto thee, and stand upright: for unto to thee am I now sent”.

I believe this to be an Old Testament picture of the rapture event. First the resurrection of the dead and now....”And when He had spoken this word unto me, I stood, trembling”.


HERE, THEN IS THE CRUX OF THE MATTER:

He informed Daniel that on his 87th birthday, God the Father sent the Son to free them. He had heard Daniel's prayers and saw his fasting. But, by the sovereign will of God, in order to show that the war in heaven is very real, and that the adversary is indeed, strong, He said:

“But the prince of the kingdom of Persia withstood Me one and twenty days: but, lo, Michael, one of the the chief princes, came to help Me; and I remained there with the kings of Persia”.

(The Son was delayed as a teaching tool, by the will of God, so that we may understand the war in the spirit realm). Think about it, could anyone or anything delay the Son of God, who is God, Himself? Yes, but only if it is the will of God)!

“Then....He touched me, and He strengthened me, and said, O man greatly beloved, fear not: peace be unto thee, be strong, yea be strong”.

Then, Daniel was changed into full strength. This pictures the rapture of the living, I believe.

MY BELIEF IS THIS

This is being repeated right now. I have often said that there would be a delay, and that it would be 21 days, repeated from the days of Daniel. I think it may be now and here is why:

The rapture event is recorded in I Thessalonians 4:16-18. Jesus said that He would descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and the trump of God. This is done to raise the dead in Christ from their graves and to take the living in Christ from the world. But that is not the end of the story. Look at chapter 5: 3ff. This taking would be at a time of “sudden destruction”, whether nuclear, grid collapse, financial collapse, worldwide earth shaking, or whatever. And it was qualified by adding that it would be when “they” say “peace and safety” or peace and security, which is the same thing.

The French government, a permanent member of the U. N. Security Council announced in mid May that it had had enough of the middle east standoff. It said that it was going to unilaterally introduce a resolution in the United Nations to FORCE a peace between the Palestinians and the Israelis, and it was going to be on May 29, 2016. It was later put off until June 3. Israel tried unsuccessfully to talk the French out of doing it, because they knew that the U. S. A. would back France in this. So would Russia and China. It would be a shoo-in. But when the time finally came, the French meeting adjourned without a whimper of success. Something big happened.

Egypt's Prime Minister, in an effort to preempt this awful threat, met with both the Israeli and the Palestinian governments to hammer out their own proposal. The Israelis would rather meet the Palestinians on their own without the U. N. interference, of course. As a matter of fact, the Israeli Prime Minister's approach to the French move is to do nothing. But Israel has met with the Egyptian brokered peace process delegates of Palestine. Today, June 4, Prime Minister Netanyahu by phone to U. S. Secretary of State John Kerry said “yes”. The peace process is not only on, but rapidly succeeding.

They are saying “peace and security” as I write this.

MY THESIS IS AS FOLLOWS:

I propose to say that the rapture of the Philadelphia Church Christians, the ready ones, will be June, sometime. The Laodiceans must be left behind.

I also propose to say that the rapture of the Philadelphian Church is of equal importance in the course of events, as was the release of the Israeli captives in Babylon, and the evil archangel prince of Persia will fight just as hard once again to prevent the arrival of the Lord Jesus (with God's permission, once again, I am sure) to prevent the rapture of the ready. And Michael, the archangel of God will intervene again in the battle.

So, when is the 21 days delay, if indeed there is a repeat of the type? I believe it is counted from May 17/18, the anniversary of the first Prime Minister, David Ben Gurion in 1949. From that date until June 7/8 is to the day 21. It means to me that Jesus intended to return for us on May 18 as day one, and was delayed by the fierceness of the war in heaven to try and stop Him, (with God's permission, of course). It means that I speculate that we should leave here either June 8 or 9. Why say this? Read on.

Of course, our God could simply shake the earth mightily all around the globe. Or he may just let the prophesied events of Ezekiel 38 and 39 take place. If so, on the earth, the western powers are amassing troops overseas and the G7 is putting unbearable financial pressure onto Russia in a bid to force them to return the Crimea, which they invaded and took away from the Ukraine. This is a NATO matter, and what used to be the G7 plus Russia is now the G7 against Russia.
The Russians have become very agitated over the nuclear missile shield being placed in Poland and and the Czech Republic. Just a few days later came the G7 decision detailed above. This will surely lead to world war. In that event, Ezekiel 38 and 39 will play out. And it is noteworthy that as part of that playing out, a (nuclear) fire exchange will occur between Magog, the land of Gog , or Russia, the land of Putin, and the land with coasts, namely the United States. Unfortunately, the attack will probably be a sneak attack to gain a first strike and the destruction and horror will be awesome.

Psalm 91 informs us, I believe, to not fear the arrow that flies (missiles) nor the pestilence that walketh in darkness (nuclear radiation), for though a thousand fall at our right hand and ten thousand at our left, IT WILL NOT COME NIGH US. Only with our eyes shall we behold and see the reward of the wicked. And why? Because “he who dwelleth in the secret place shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty”.

I was privy to a post made by a sparrow on The Sparrows Barn site that came from Ben de noon in eastern Europe who detailed the buildup mentioned above from the standpoint of being there. Folks, this appears to be serious.

This also makes the 7 days alert given to Noah in our day to be May June 1 to 7, 2016. On this date, the Russians became very agitated over the missile shield being placed in Poland and and the Czech Republic. Just 7 days later came the G7 decision detailed above. So from May 28 through June 3 is the alert if this thesis is correct.

I certainly think that time is nearly up.
