A possible revelation?

I grabbed my Bible to do some reading this afternoon and I felt led to look into Amos. I stopped after verse 1, because it hit me.  Uzziah was a boy King of Judah (2 Chron 26:1). He became proud and acted corruptly as a priest and entered the Temple (2 Chron 26:16). God struck him with leprosy but that is not what caught my eye.  In Amos 1:1 we see there was an earthquake two years after Uzziah was King.

Josephus relates this EQ to Uzziah's sin in acting as a priest.  (Chapter 10:4)  http://www.ccel.org/ccel/josephus/complete.ii.x.x.html

Is it possible...that Jordan experienced it's earthquake on Saturday, May 24, when the Pope landed...because the pope is acting as a priest? Did we see God act in the same manner as He did in the days of Uzziah?  I don't know...but I did want to share that possible insight.
