"Living Fossils"

The article fails to mention my favorite living fossil, the common horseshoe crab. It is truly ancient by academic standards; by Biblical standards it's about 6000 years old. It is a living trilobite (Do you remember those from your junior high course in beginning paleontology/evolution propaganda? It had a prominent place among all the pictures of creepy crawly fossils. Academia, of course, is quite upset with the horseshoe crab and other living fossils because they've gone all these years without evolving. That's really cheeky of them, and, as the following article points out, throws sticks between the spokes of Darwinism. The following links provide interesting information on this living fossil.
