Well, Doves…. Today (Sunday, June 8th) is PENTECOST!!!!
Some Christian (pre-trib rapture) watching Christians are looking excitedly at this date with bride-like anticipation!!
I
can’t say yay ~ nor nay ~ until it actually happens! Guess we’ll know
for sure whether we’re left here to read Sunday’s letters here at Doves
or not!
I
want to believe this is it!! And yet, I’m of the camp that says we
cannot KNOW the date of the rapture. There will always be those who
argue on the other side – but have yet to be correct in figuring out the
correct date themselves! (smile!) For me, it’s just that I’ve seen
so many “high watch dates” come and go… so now I just tell myself it
will be soon – super soon! And by everything that’s going on in the
world, you better believe it!
I
wanted to offer a little comfort “just in case” we’re still here past
Pentecost. Some, perhaps many, think it may still be BEFORE summer
(variety of reasons actually) and if that’s the case, then summer starts
in TWO weeks – hence another short window time frame to look at and
perhaps really will be it.
We
have so many reasons to believe the rapture will be soon! Jesus told
us what to watch for and the signs are nearly like blinking neon signs
in our faces. Each day we stand a gasp that something more has happened
on the ever-ticking Bible prophecy time clock & how much closer we
are!!
See
o smile from ear to ear when that Bergdalf’s father called on allah at
the White House?? And you know all these big (old) country leaders
are stepping down (Spain & possibly England, too….) so the YOUNGER
ones will be of the OWO (one world order) mindset!!!! Plus, the pope
is to pray with the ME guys this weekend (pray to WHOM??) Plus, all
the incredibly WILD weather…. And o’s proclamation that this is GAY
marriage month…. Plus, all the “witchcraft” movies out: e.g. Disney’s
latest to get people to have SYMPATHY for the devil!!

Isn’t
this basically the same theme of the “Wicked” play that’s been so
popular for a few years? (which I’ve had so many friends …. Even
“Christians” tell me they could not wait to see!!) Even though the
Bible tells us to STAY AWAY FROM even the “very appearance” of evil!!
Rarely
do I go to movies these days, but I hear that at the end of the current
Xmen movie, there is a character wearing a black hood with thousands of
people surrounding him (maybe like worshipping him?) and FOUR horsemen
are standing in the background…. His name is Apocalypse!!
Seems even satan and his minions are aware of what time it is!!
Definitely time to go!! NO doubt about it!!
I
wanted to share a little gem: any other gardeners here? Well, I have a
spring time garden…. Been enjoying some yummy non-plastic (like you buy
in the stores) tomatoes and bell peppers fresh from the vines, and I’m
still waiting to dig up taters and the zucchini, carrots and cabbage are
all coming along. I haven’t had a garden in years so I’m really
enjoying this!
No, I’m not just rambling: hear me out!
I
was driving along one day and just meditating on Luke 17 – which the
Bible tells us the rapture will happen just like it did in Lot’s day ~
where (same as Noah’s day) people were “continuing on with life as
ORDINARY” ~ ordinary living: eating, drinking, marrying, parties…. The
whole ball of wax…..
Except
that in Lot’s day it says “they builded; they planted”….. pause to
think about that. I just can’t help wonder if it purposely lists the
season of PLANTING (spring time) ~ notice it does not say, “they
builded; they harvested” <ß which would be late summer or fall!!
I
really don’t know if that has any real bearing, or if the whole point
merely means that people were continuing on as normal, regardless of the
season.
Ah!! But checking Genesis & the whole Lot encounter …..
Genesis 19:1
[ Sodom’s Depravity ] Now the two angels came to Sodom in the evening, and Lot was sitting in the gate of Sodom. When Lot saw them, he rose to meet them, and he bowed himself with his face toward the ground.
It
was EVENING and Lot was SITTING AT THE GATE in the evening (we know it
would not have been WINTER!!) Most likely spring or summer… barely
possible fall? My vote would be most likely spring or summer, yet
maybe someone will disagree?
Other miscellaneous thoughts:
I’m
of the belief that the rapture happens before Isaiah 17:1
(summer); but Tribulation might start AFTER Is. 17 (?)
In other words:
** rapture and just as the world is getting past the shock of that:
** THEN Isaiah 17:1 due to timing (see Is. 17:5-8) (world, of course, BLAMES ISRAEL!!!!!)
AntiChrist goes behind the scenes to talk with Israel’s leader about a
way to “come together and solve this thing for you”
THUS:
MidEast PEACE has FINALLY been achieved!! AntiChrist: smile real
broadly at the cameras!! Show those perfect pearly whites! Enjoy the
limelight! You made it happen! (so you think!....)

Begin count from the day the peace treaty is CONFIRMED by the
AntiChrist (the one with a pen) and Jesus’ SECOND COMING will be exactly
2520 days from then (okay, please excuse me, it’s very late & I’m
very tired…. I get a bit confused here – what about the extra 30 days?
And the extra 45, I think it is?! Eiks, apologies…. need to review!)
But IN BETWEEN ….. after the peace agreement is confirmed, and BEFORE Jesus comes to earth (2nd coming, not the rapture) ~ trust me, everyone! There is going to be HELL ON EARTH!!!!
How
bad? Jesus Himself says THEE WORST time in human history!!! Take ALL
the previous wars together & this will be far, far worse than that!
I
hate to spell out just how morbid…. But when people talk about leaving
cat food behind for the world to eat – trust me, they’ll not only eat
your cat food, but your cats as well!! Every animal will be eaten and
then I see people with little babies…. And well…. Let your imagination
run wild. When people are hungry, I mean, really, really hungry!! ~
they will turn into wild vultures!! Even if parents are not eating
their own offspring, then virtual strangers will be grabbing them from
their parents’ arms. /okay…. Enough of that for now.
This
is not the stuff we get excited about. We get excited about getting to
go to heaven, to forever be with Jesus! To live in paradise when
righteousness dwells. To have no more pain or confusion or heartache.
To rest, and to close the door behind us to crime and all the perils of
human history. To have no one ever gossip about us or betray us ever
again. PARADISE WITH JESUS!!!

In Jeremiah 51 (I think it is) Summer is over & (the Jews say) we are not saved (is this the rapture or the 2nd coming??)
Babylon
gets wiped out when the shadows become long (about September) and this
happens before the Tribulation wraps up because nations have to have
time to grieve….. because they will not be trading with her anymore!!
Think who you want as far as who Babylon is ~ my vote goes with MathMan,
because I have studied this long & hard myself & for many
years. Yet, at any rate, this essay is not about WHO Babylon is, but
rather WHEN she will get wiped off the face of the earth.
Oh
mercy me!! Like I say, it’s late (in more ways than one!) and I have
to hurry & get this to Tng so it’ll go in for June 8th….
You’re gonna’ ask me where in the Bible it says WHEN Babylon gets wiped
out! I will find it!! I do know it’s in there!
So you see:
Merely hopeful conjecture:
Rapture this spring
Then Is 17 in the summer ??
Then peace agreement signed towards the tail end of summer: Tribulation underway
ALL the judgments listed in Revelation happen, one by one
Lots of other bad things happen (Ezekiel 7 and Jeremiah 51, Obadiah, etc.)
Fast forward (this is merely IMHO) approx 6 years into the Tribulation, and then Babylon is wiped off the map….
At any rate, merely wanted to show you these gems and hope that the rapture IS today!! (Pentecost!!)
But
if not – do not doubt!! Do not give up!! And do not say (even in your
heart) that the Lord delays His coming! See Luke 12!!!
Lastly,
just wanted to share a few links. Now, you will not agree 100% with
every one of these, just promise you will not go in and lambast them and
“try to set them straight” according to how you think, okay? Even
like-minded Christians will not agree on everything. Let us be
Bereans! And check out everything according to the Bible! Amen!!
(I’m
only sharing these, because once Tng got so busy with work & we all
had to wean ourselves off DAILY DOVES….. ha! Well, we still like to
be reminded that truly Jesus IS coming soon! And that this world is
NOT “all we have” (hear that Charles? While eating your GMO food!
/wink)
