sooo....how are we going to go after the pedophiles who have sex with these under-age girls in the first place?  If these pre-teens can murder their baby because they are so frightened or ashamed by what happened to them, and no one is required to be informed.....how do we stop the scum that prey on them?  This doesn't make the girls' lives EASIER....it sets them up for abuse!!  What a horrible ruling!!!
