My Question....... HOW LOOSE ARE THE LENDING PRACTICES ON 2ND HOMES?  AND 1ST HOMES?
 
hMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM,  MAYBE THAT'S A PROBLEM TOO???  !!!!    duh!!
 
My phrase....
 
IF THERE IS ANY.......ECONOMIC JUSTICE.............    CERTAIN THINGS HAVE TO HAPPEN:
 
1) Tech stocks HAD to crash in 2000................AND THEY DID!!  DUH!
2) USA Home prices had to collapse mid-2000 decade.....AND THEY DID!!!      2006 was the top
3) GOLD prices had to fall.......one day..............AND THEY DID, the last 3 months!!
 
and
4) China's problems, one day MUST BE A PROBLEM.......tick tock!!  CRASH!  (Before, or after the Rapture?   I dunno...)   
 
5) Interest Rates have to go up.................AND IT's STARTED ALREADY!!!
 
6) Europe's problems ARE NOT OVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!     TICK TOCK..............BOOM!
 
7) Japan's market has to get hit hard, after the run it had in 2013.....AND IT DID!!!  
 
AND..............In CHINA:   We've been reading about it for a number of years........
