Dr Owuor's web site has a warning  scrolling on June 18, 2013  that advises Dr. Owuor does  *not* have any Facebook account, Twitter , or LinkedIn account. .

It says, anyone claiming to be the Dr Owuor  on Facebook etc, is a fraud/ and conman . Do not give any money to anyone claiming to be Dr. Owuor.

 

It also mnetions: Dr. Owuor has never  asked for  offering or money. Beware of the devil.
