"Re: Appreciation
& Bruce Baber's Prayer Request for His Wife"
Dear John,
Thank you so very much for remaining faithful to the very
end. We simply cannot be far away from seeing each other
face to face. Hal Lindsay recently made the comment, "It may be
a year, it may be months, or it may just be hours away."
Still, as long as we are in these bodies, there is illness and
pain and crisis. We just returned this afternoon from the
Memorial Service of an amazing fellow Christian, taken too soon
with cancer.
And, Bruce, as a part of the Five Doves Family, I want you to
know that I am praying for your sweet wife's return to
health. It is so hard to see a loved one in a battle for
life. You have my earnest prayer and I am sure the prayers
of every Dove who reads your touching request.
So many may pray but not respond, this time I am responding to
let you know we care and will hold her before the Throne of
Grace for God's healing touch.
While, I am corresponding, let me add, another note of
appreciation.
There are Doves who go without being told how much we appreciate
them. I would also like to thank Jean S. (can't spell your
wonderful last name at this hour of the night, sorry
Jean). Your posts are like dessert to me as I read Five
Doves. Your intelligent, informed and encouraging words
always lift me up to keep on keeping on. Thank you.
In His Love,
--
