   Since the marvelous and miraculous events depicted in the Book of Acts of the Pentecost 10 days after Ascension Day, the world has been in the outreach of the Spirit of Pentecost, The Age of Grace. The Spirit of Truth, the Ruach, has built upon the events of that day each day since. The Spirit, within the Spirit of Pentecost, has transformed many lives for well over 20 centuries (over 700,000 days). It has been an ongoing multi generational Season of Pentecost, as well! We err when we look to the one or two day Feast of the Lord annually instead of seeing the spiritual back story, to recognize the many manifestations. The Spirit and the Season of Pentecost are as important as the annual Feast of the Lord, according to either the Hillel Calendar or Christian Liturgical Year Calendar, or any other.
   Also each year is the annual Season of Pentecost. It continues until The Feast of Trumpets, 4 months later on the Hillel Calendar. By a Christian rather than Jewish Pentecost Season, it extends to Advent Week 1, 6 months later. No other Feast of the Lord has such a long and extended season after it! So we can see Pentecost spiritually showcasing 4 major manifestations: 1. One or two annual days as Feast of the Lord, 2. The Spirit of Pentecost led by The Spirit of Truth, 3. Pentecost Season annually of 4 or 6 months, and as 4. Multi Generational Season of over 20 Centuries (well over 700,000 days) since Ascension Day plus 10 days. Is it a surprise that Pentecost (Shavuot) is the center position, the upraised lamp representing the number 4 of Appointed Times (Moadim) on the 7 pronged menorah! This is the servant lamp position.
   As noted by Steve W2, the date on the Julian Calendar for the Orthadox Pentecost will be 6-23. By the reckoning of day according to The Scriptures at sundown, this day will begin at sundown on 6-22. The Summer Solstice, when the door to summer closes (for those north of the equator, like Israel and the U.S.A) will be 6-21-2013. The "sun stop" effect extends a few days before and after 6-21.
   It is not necessary to be crestfallen, discouraged, or depressed in thinking that the date of Pentecost has come and gone this year. The Spirit and the Season remain and abide with us along with the Day resonance of the Feast of the Lord of Pentecost (Shavuot)! The 4 Major Manifestations are intended by The Comforter to comfort us. May we recognize them and give thanks.
   The Age of Grace began on that special and unique Pentecost (Shavuot), 10 days after the Ascension. The door to it opened. In space and time, some day the door to it will close. THE DOOR. The hour of trial is ahead and the 1000 Year Reign of Messiah/Christ beyond that. Four great themes of Pentecost (Shavuot) are Covenant, Fire, Divine Marriage, and Rejoicing! We draw near THE DAY of The Blessed Hope! Behold the Bridegroom cometh!
