"WHAT YOU MAY NOT KNOW ABOUT THE SEVEN SEALS..."

WHAT YOU MAY NOT KNOW ABOUT THE SEVEN SEALS.....

Jesus is the only one deemed worthy to open the seven seals. Rev 5:9

The reason He is deemed worthy is because He was crucified. Rev 5:9

Jesus controls the timing of the opening of the seven seals.

Jesus controls all of the events of each of the seven seals.

The first seal white horse rider is the spirit of deception.

The second red horse rider is the maker of war.

The third black horse rider is famine which comes with war.

The fourth pale horse rider is death which comes with war.

The second, third and fourth horse riders of war, famine and death are given limited power by Jesus to affect only 25 % of the geographical area of the earth as told in the following Scripture:

"And power was given to them over a fourth of the earth, to kill with sword, with hunger, with death..." Rev 6:8

So you see, the the second, third, and fourth horsemen of the apocalypse cannot affect 75 % of the geographical area of the earth. They are not a world-wide event. Far from it !

Remember, Jesus was the only one worthy to open and control the events of the seven seals because He was rejected and crucified by the Jews. Does Jesus hold vengeance in His heart over the fact that the Jews rejected and crucified Him ? Here is a prophecy He threatened the Jews with as He was being led to the cross on the day of His crucifixion:

"Daughters of Jerusalem, do not weep for me, but weep for yourselves, and for your children. For indeed THE DAYS ARE COMING in which they will say, Blessed are the barren, wombs that never bore, and breasts which never nursed !" Luke 23:28-29

In His Sermon on the Mount of Olives Jesus again describes THE COMING DAYS of His threatening prophecy in detail:

"But woe to those who are pregnant and to those who are nursing babies IN THOSE DAYS ! For THEN THERE WILL BE GREAT TRIBULATION such as has not been since the beginning of the world until this time, no, nor ever shall be." Matthew 24:19 and 21

So you see, Jesus gives the same threatening prophecy to the Jews twice, but this time He calls it "great tribulation"

Then He describes the "great tribulation" again in Luke 21:22-23 "For these are THE DAYS OF VENGEANCE, that all things which are written may be fulfilled. But woe to those who are pregnant, and to those who are nursing babies IN THOSE DAYS. For there will be GREAT TRIBULATION in the land and wrath upon this people."

So you see, the second, third and fourth seal horsemen are directed by Jesus to affect only 25 % of the geographical area of the earth centered around Israel, and together they are the "great tribulation" of Israel which is His wrath of vengeance upon the Hebrew people for rejecting Him as He promised to them in His prophecy  on the way to the cross that day when He said, "For indeed THE DAYS ARE COMING".

THE WHOLE WORLD WILL NOT BE AFFECTED BY THE "GREAT TRIBULATION" BECAUSE IT IS CONFINED TO ONLY 25 % OF THE EARTH CENTERED AROUND ISRAEL. IT IS CHRIST'S VENGEANCE OF GREAT TRIBULATION UPON ISRAEL FOR REJECTING HIM.

"Now when these things begin to happen, look up and lift up your heads, because your redemption draws near. So you also, when you see these things happening, know that the Kingdom of God is near."  Luke 21:28 and 31    The events of the great tribulation in Israel is 'the sign' of our nearing rapture.

"Immediately after the tribulation of those days the sun will be darkened and the moon will not give its light.........and He will send His angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they will gather together His elect from the four winds...." Matthew 24:29-31
