I don’t usually like to give supplement advice because in years past I was a supplement and exercise addict. I made sure to walk 3 miles every day and took all kinds of supplements for years. I was not over weight. However, 6 years ago at age 60 because it runs in my family I joined the rest of my family and became a Type II Diabetic. Diabetics have to be careful not to take too much Potassium or Protein because it can lead to Hyperkalemia which is deadly because it can cause a heart attack. I was called to emergency after having my blood tested and it was not fun. I am not supposed to eat bananas and a few other foods high in potassium. Because of my diabetes I have kidney problems and have to have my blood tested often to check my potassium and protein levels. So if you are a diabetic please check with your doctor first.
