Thank you so more for this message. I can't tell you how often I battle with this bad thoughts process / confession cycle over and over. Words are important but so is the attitude. Your message reminds me of those things.

Your prayer of confession reminds me of another:

The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much. James 5:16

By confessing our sin immediately we stop the dwelling and become the righteous man. Of course it's His righteousness but righteousness none the less.
