"July 4th"

Doves,

I know this is very "un-theological" but I happen to think about it as
I watch this time of year...

If you think of the 7 feasts as the 7-branch menorah, then it makes
sense to me that the first feast, Passover, and last feast,
Tabernacles are full moon occasions. What doesn't make sense to me is
why the middle feast would not be a full moon. For sure, it is a bit
of a mystery.

If you add 89 days to the full moon of April 6th (midpoint between
Passover full moon & Tabernacles full moon) we end up at July 4th this
year.

It is interesting to note that this is the 4th candle, landing on the
4th of July and on the 4th day of the week - Wednesday. Or,
thereabouts...

Blessings,

Tony Els
