"July 4th"

This is more information on July 4th....July 5th is the Aphelion, the
date at which the earth is furthest from the sun.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aphelion

Earth, representing "man" (dust of the earth, Adam) and the Sun
representing God (light, life sustaining, center)

The tilt of the earth is "head bowed" during the summer. Maybe the
prodigal is ready to go home???

I have always noted that on December 21st or Winter Solistice the head
is raised, or in the more "arrogant" posture. During the feasts,
spring/fall, the earth is more "face to face" with the sun.

Blessings,

Tony
