David, I agree completely with your last statement regarding the law. You basically are agreeing with Dr. Missler who I quoted in my message and with whom I agree.
 
Barry, please read David's statement. My original statement that you objected to was poorly worded and I wish you would disregard it since it is leading you to think thoughts that I did not mean to send. My position is beautifully stated by Dr, Missler in the sections I quoted. Focus on these instead of my poorly worded statement. I am thankful for your concern and guidance. Sorry you were misled.
