OK.....here's the deal...

 

 

The USA has the Federal Reserve Bank

Japan has the Bank of Japan

Europe has European Central Bank

 

This system seems to work really well for them! 

 

So......I just thought......

 

I'd create the

 

Central Reserve Bank of RANDY  (me!) 

 

It's purpose is as follows....(it's pretty simple)

 

1) Whenever I run a "deficit" in my monthly budget, the Central Reserve Bank of RANDY shall forthwith pay all remaining bills after Randy's own money RUNS OUT! 

 

This "loan"......  shall come with an annual interest rate (for a 10 year loan) of 1.65%.  Only interest on the loan shall be due and payable every 6 months. 

 

2) When the Central Reserve Bank of RANDY is unsure about ANYTHING......refer bank to rule #1 !!

 

Anybody else want to try this????  LOL....

 

I think I may be on to something here!!

WHERE DOES THE CENTRAL RESERVE BANK OF RANDY GET THE MONEY TO PAY OFF RANDY'S OVER-EXPENDITURES ??
