This scripture is far more than Gay marriage. This goes back to Genisis 6.

² That the sons of God saw the daughters of men that they were fair; and they took them wives of all which they chose.

Those "daughters" willingly gave themselves to the "Sons of God"/Fallen Angels/Aliens. To birth a god from these fallen ones was a badge of honor.
